About The Position

Reliant Healthcare Group is a clinician-owned, clinician-operated pediatric therapy organization dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential—while providing a supportive, collaborative environment for our therapists. We are growing and seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinic-based pediatric outpatient team in Katy, TX. This role is ideal for PTs who enjoy hands-on pediatric care, teamwork, and a consistent clinic schedule.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric PTs welcome to apply)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to kneel, sit, stand, squat, walk, and run for extended periods
Ability to lift and transfer up to 25 pounds
Ability to position and assist patients and adaptive equipment safely
Manual dexterity to document and use electronic devices

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapy through play-based and functional activities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Document patient progress clearly and accurately
