Requirements
- Physical Therapists actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
- Previous acute PT experience
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Develop & follow physical therapy care plans, perform PT, document/chart patient progress, patient admits / discharges, OASIS assessments, update the Therapy Director on patient status, etc.
- Other PT duties as assigned
