About The Position
TULSA FOR REHAB & HEALTHCARE, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in Tulsa, seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse adult and geriatric patient population with orthopedic, neurological, mental health and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We are looking forward to completion of a facility renovation and skilled wing in the next year. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facilities throughout TX and OK. We believe in the power of in-house therapy, in developing and supporting our leaders, giving our patients and residents moments of joy each day, and in sharing a fierce commitment to quality of care.
