Requirements

  • Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Mindset: A passion for patient-centered care and a desire to work in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver hands-on therapy to optimize mobility, strength, and function.
  • Collaboration: Document progress and partner with nursing, OT, and SLP teams for holistic resident recovery.
  • Education: Empower patients and families with home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
  • Innovation: Contribute to continuous quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.
