About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient orthopedic setting . This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions while maintaining high productivity and quality care standards. Both new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific requirement)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet productivity expectations of ~60 visits per week
• Handle double-booked follow-up appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
