Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state Physical Therapist license and/or successful completion of NPTE (or state exam)
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels to develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices and exercises
- Monitor and report patient progress or changes in condition to the Director of Nursing and physician
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge planning
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care to patients and their families
