About The Position

As a Physical Therapist in our Maryland team, you’ll help patients gain strength, mobility, and confidence from the comfort of their own homes — while maintaining full control over your work schedule.

Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A heart for helping others — and a desire for professional balance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll support your success

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up home evaluations
• Develop and deliver customized treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy progress and safety
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
