About The Position
We are hiring a Temporary Physical Therapist PT for a short-term therapy assignment at our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Avamere Rehab of Buren in Burien, WA. This role is designed to provide interim coverage and is ideal for clinicians seeking temporary, contract-style work without agency involvement. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Physical Therapy
- Able to practice unencumbered in the state of Washington
- Ability to step into a temporary / interim role
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Full knowledge of resident's rights
- Exudes professionalism in presentation
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- CPR certification
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care preferred
- Ability to step into a temporary / interim role
