Requirements
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- A valid (or pending!) state PT license — new grads welcome
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)
Nice To Haves
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in acute care, long-term care, or senior rehab — but not a dealbreaker. We care more about your heart for healing.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents rebuild strength and confidence.
- Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other team members to deliver holistic care.
- Keep up with documentation and productivity standards (we keep it manageable).
- Most importantly — be a trusted partner and advocate for your patients’ health journeys.
