Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, youll bring specialized clinical expertise, disciplined decision-making, and a commitment to excellence to every Participant you serve. Youll complete comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy to help Participants maintain and improve functional mobility, independence, and quality of life. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-focused, and confident in their clinical skills. Youll work within a structured care model, uphold established quality standards, and support others through clear, technical communication and training. Your work will span the center, Participants homes, and healthcare facilities always with a focus on safe, accurate, and timely care. Schedule: First shift, full-time hours.
