About The Position
ATC Northwest is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Salem, Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered care, develop and implement treatment plans, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (active and in good standing)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (per facility requirements)
- Recent PPD test or Chest X-ray
- Clear criminal background check & drug screening
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to comply with all state and facility regulations
