At Independence Rehab, we specialize in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide patient care at Bethany at Pacific in Everett, WA. Requirements
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
- A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
- Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting
Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
