About The Position
Kern River Transitional Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehab team on a Per Diem basis. Requirements
- Active California PT license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on at-home therapy and safety strategies
