About The Position

Physical Therapist (PT) Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH PRN | On-Site | Ohio PT License Required Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation and skilled nursing team. In this role, youll help residents regain independence and improve mobility after illness, surgery, or hospitalization, while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment right here in Perrysburg, Ohio. Requirements

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
