Requirements
- Ability to Exercise exceptional clinical decision-making and critical thinking, as a patient's medical status can change rapidly.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
- Manage complex patient types with conditions such as multiple traumas, neurological events (stroke), cardiopulmonary issues, and post-surgical recovery.
- Performing procedures, tests, and complex treatments to ensure safe and effective evaluation and treatment of residents.
- Attend and participate in family meetings as appropriate
- Attends and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
