CoralVita of Richardson is a long-term acute care
unit with a 20-bed hospital
that includes both an ICU and a step-down unit.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and TX State Licensure for Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
