We are growing and seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinic-based pediatric outpatient team in Katy, TX . Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to kneel, sit, stand, squat, walk, and run for extended periods
Ability to lift and transfer up to 25 pounds
Ability to position and assist patients and adaptive equipment safely
Manual dexterity to document and use electronic devices

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric PTs welcome to apply)
Enjoy working with children in a clinic-based setting
Prefer a pediatric-only caseload (no home health, no adult patients)
Value collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive work environment
Are looking for a long-term clinic role rather than PRN or travel work

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapy through play-based and functional activities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Document patient progress clearly and accurately
