About The Position
Arvin Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our skilled nursing facility in Arvin, CA. This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team and deliver high-quality rehab services to patients in a post-acute setting. Requirements
- CA Licensed Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and develop care plans
- Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs
- Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
