About The Position

Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist (San Mateo / Peninsula) Compensation: Up to $240k+ Total Comp Potential ($10k Sign-On Included) The "Health Link" Advantage Are you tired of the "burnout cycle" in Home Health? You will never be asked to float to San Francisco or the East Bay. Financial Package We believe top clinicians deserve top-tier pay. Base Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Based on experience) Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 25% of your salary based on quality metrics.
