Our mission is to help patients regain independence and comfort in their own homes. We’re seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team for part-time or per diem visits. If you’re looking for flexibility, independence, and the chance to make a real impact — we want to hear from you! ✨ What We Offer: ✅ Competitive per-visit pay ✅ Flexible scheduling – work when it fits your life ✅ Mileage reimbursement ✅ 3 weeks of Paid Days Off (PDO) per year (for eligible employees) ✅ One-on-one patient care ✅ Referral bonuses up to $500 ✅ Regular evaluations with merit-based raises 💼 Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care Supervise and coordinate care with PTAs and HHAs Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and equipment use Assess home environments and recommend modifications Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers Submit visit notes on time while maintaining HIPAA compliance Qualifications 🎓 Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) experience preferred (training provided) Current CPR certification Physical exam (within last 6 months) TB test (within last 12 months) Valid driver’s license Must attend orientation at our Taunton, MA office ❤️ Join the Nightingale Family!
