Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
  • Current PT license in the state of practice.
  • Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

  • Experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate each patient and create treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
  • Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
  • Work in both Home Health and SNF settings.
  • Maintain a weekend schedule to reduce the need for childcare at home.
