About The Position

Fairview Range is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Services department in Hibbing, MN. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by meaningful, one-on-one work with children and families in a collaborative, supportive care setting. We offer individualized, family-centered therapy services that support children from infancy through adolescence. Our pediatric rehab team works closely with families, pediatricians, and specialists to support optimal development and functional outcomes in a welcoming outpatient setting. New PT graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are welcome to apply! Requirements

  • Physical Therapy registration/licensure in the state of Minnesota, or temporary MN licensure
  • None to 1 year experience in Physical Therapy
  • BLS

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of pediatric outpatient or early intervention experience
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Desire to improve skills and further education in various specialty areas of physical therapy
  • Familiarity or interest in treating torticollis/plagiocephaly, gait abnormalities, and pediatric orthopedic conditions

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the patient and family, while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation
  • Developing an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and their families
  • Partnering with patients and their families to provide skilled intervention
  • Implementing and modifying the plan of care, based on reassessment and patient response
  • Completing documentation in a timely manner per department standards
  • Coordinating care and communicating optimally with interdisciplinary team, for all aspects of patient care
