Requirements

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy
Current state license/certification
Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function.
Work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.
Provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
