Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Valid state license.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
• Develop meaningful, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Creatively execute therapy to help patients get back to what they love.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants with clarity and collaboration.
• Document with precision and meet productivity standards.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care.
