About The Position

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Help Grow Our New Pelvic Health Clinic · Outpatient · 1:1 Care. This opportunity is unique due to the clinic's proximity to one of the region’s top OB-GYN groups, providing an immediate pipeline of referrals and regular shadowing/co-learning moments with experienced women’s health providers. Fitness Matters, a PT-owned clinic, has spent 20 years earning trust through longer visits, no productivity quotas, and true clinical autonomy. As part of the founding team, you will help shape protocols, classes, and workshops for pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis, and more, with treatments always being private and 1:1. The clinic promotes a whole-person culture, celebrating daily wins, funding continuing education, and caring about life outside the clinic as much as outcomes inside it. Requirements

  • DPT and state PT license (or eligibility).
  • Passion for pelvic health—anything from strong curiosity to advanced certifications.
  • Manual-therapy skill set and comfort with full-body, movement-based treatment.
  • Warm, collaborative communication style with patients, physicians, and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth pelvic health evaluations (internal & external as appropriate) and craft evidence-based, individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with OB-GYN providers to co-manage pregnancy, postpartum, pain, and surgical cases—shadow surgeries or prenatal visits to deepen insight.
  • Educate patients on exercise progressions, load management, bowel/bladder strategies, and sexual health—all in a judgment-free, empowering environment.
  • Contribute ideas for new service lines (pre-natal classes, postpartum return-to-run groups, telehealth) and community workshops.
  • Document in a supportive, not-productivity-driven EMR workflow and track outcomes you’re proud to share.
