About The Position

Inova Physical Therapy Center – Annandale is looking for a dedicated Outpatient
Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team. This role will be a Full Time, Day
Shift. Clinic Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm.

Work Location: 7619 Little River Tpk. Ste. 1000, Annandale, VA 22003

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
• Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
