About The Position
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Mandarin Pediatrics, you will join a friendly and collaborative team dedicated to providing superior patient care in an outpatient pediatric setting. Your role will involve completing new patient evaluations, establishing customized treatment plans, and setting patient goals. You will actively participate in the implementation of patient care programs, ensuring that each child receives high-quality rehabilitation services tailored to their specific needs. In this position, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with patients and their families, both verbally and in writing, to ensure they understand their treatment plans and progress. You will promote evidence-based patient care, utilizing the latest research and best practices to guide your therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering care for a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team of professionals who share your passion for pediatric therapy.
