Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts.
- 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy.
- 1 year of experience in home health required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Employment with Blissful Homecare is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which will be initiated upon extension of a job offer
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and manual therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Returns the individual to an optimum and productive level within the patient's capabilities.
