Requirements

A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Vermont.
At least one year of experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to provide comprehensive care and achieve the best possible results.
Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements.
