About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team in the Lititz and New Holland areas is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Due to growth, we are seeking a Full Time PT who is willing to work in the Lititz or New Holland areas. We have several CCRC's (Continous Care Retirement Communities) so this role can work at any of them.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Nice To Haves

• acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
