About The Position

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Pee Dee Division is currently seeking top notch Physical Therapists to join their phenomenal team! The positions available include Physical Therapist/PT/DPT openings in Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient Rehab. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for Physical Therapists, while a $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for Physical Therapists specializing in Pelvic Health. Note that PRN positions are also available at these locations but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Full-time positions are eligible for state benefits and retirement, which includes 6 weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for non-birthing partners. Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient rehab preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Specialization in Pelvic Health.
• Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient rehab settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
