About The Position

The Physical Therapist PRN position at Amberwell Hiawatha involves providing health care services to individuals of all ages who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status due to injury, disease, or other causes. The therapist will interact with health care professionals to complete documentation such as evaluations, care plans, daily notes, and discharges in a timely manner for all patients. The role includes treating both inpatients and outpatients.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• 4 year/Bachelor's Degree
• Post Graduate Degree
• BLS certification
• Registered Physical Therapist with current Kansas License or eligibility
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Complete continuing education as required by the state

Responsibilities
