About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage . Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Review physician referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and best‑practice guidelines Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Oversee care provided by PT assistants and rehab technicians Establish goals and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs to achieve them Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance representatives Complete required reporting, including workers’ compensation updates and incident documentation

Requirements

Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current or upcoming Physical Therapy state of MI license and CPR certification
Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
