Requirements

Registered and licensed in the state of Florida to practice as a Physical Therapist (required)
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program (required)

Responsibilities

Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based treatments such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional activity training
Assess and treat residents, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and assistive devices
Conduct home assessments to ensure safe transitions and contribute to wellness activities promoting overall physical, mental, and social health
Collaborate within a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to helping seniors live fuller, more independent lives
