About The Position

The Physical Therapist provides evaluation and treatment for adolescents and adults with neurological conditions such as brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury, working as part of a collaborative outpatient team. In this role, you’ll deliver quality patient care, complete required documentation, and support department goals. We’re looking for someone who puts patients first, provides excellent customer service, and works well across disciplines—pitching in to help teammates and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
