Our beautifully designed PT and OT therapy gyms are more than just visually appealing; they're thoughtfully created to spark motivation, movement, and joy in every session. The position involves planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. You will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease, utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions while following safeguards. You will document client information for evaluation, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary. Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home is also a key responsibility. The role may involve treating individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders, and you will be expected to demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.
