Requirements

Bachelors of Science, or higher degree from a university in Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapy License issued by The Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (ECPTOTE) Texas State Board - Grace Period of 90-180 days if on Temporary License status
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
