Requirements

• Graduation from a course of study approved by the Council of Medical Education.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
• Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
