About The Position

Make a positive impact in a patient's life as you help them heal through physical rehabilitation. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to: Provide treatment services to patients of all genders and ages after acute and chronic episodes of pain, dysfunction, and surgeries. Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services. This may include staffing interdisciplinary clinics at alternate locations. Serve as a clinical instructor on a rotating basis to assist in development of our future colleague. Assist in long term planning for a pelvic health physical therapy residency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
  • 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
