Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Nice To Haves

Pelvic Health training or coursework (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health)
Experience treating pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient setting

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Treat conditions including (but not limited to): Pelvic pain and dysfunction
Urinary and fecal incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation
