Summary: Our pelvic health program is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who’s passionate about helping patients regain confidence, strength, and control. Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (mentorship available!)
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional one-on-one care for pelvic health patients (women, men, and postpartum populations)
- Create personalized treatment plans to address pelvic pain, incontinence, pre/postnatal recovery, and other pelvic floor conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of supportive PTs and healthcare pros
- Educate patients — and sometimes their spouses — about muscles they didn’t even know they had 😉
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
- Understand their current medical and emoional situations and then develop plans of care.
- Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
- Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.
- Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
- Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.
