Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Experience with gender-neutral pelvic health is required
• Must have State Licensure or Registration.
• Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated
• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, problem prevention, and decision-making skills
• Ability to convey empathy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure and restore calm in a stressful situation
• Uses good judgment and diplomacy when dealing with others
• Desire and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and to keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modification, and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
