Job Description Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- One or more years' experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission and other hospital regulatory agency standards and regulations.
- Physical Therapist Licensure as required by the State of North Carolina.
- BLS Required.
Responsibilities
