Requirements

  • Proven experience (or significant clinical rotations) as a Physical Therapist.
  • Up-to-date with the latest in treatment practices.
  • Ability to connect and manage diverse patient profiles.
  • A drive for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and excellent at communication.
  • Valid TN Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver individualized, play-based treatment plans that support developmental milestones.
  • Provide noninvasive, movement-based interventions that can reduce reliance on medication or surgery when appropriate.
  • Create home exercise programs and coach caregivers so skills carry over into daily routines.
  • Deliver evidence-based pediatric care with warmth, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Help kids reach functional goals like safe mobility, participation in school and play, and age-appropriate self-care.
  • Partner closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and our interdisciplinary team.
  • Keep growing through mentorship, pediatric CE, and ongoing feedback.
