About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You’ll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week Full-Time: 25+ visits per week We work around your availability and build caseloads near you. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
  • Design customized treatment plans based on child-specific goals.
  • Educate caregivers on home-based therapeutic exercises.
  • Document sessions and communicate progress with the team.
  • Collaborate across disciplines for integrated patient care.
