We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon. In this role, you will work with individuals who are limited by physical injury, illness, pain, developmental disabilities, or the aging process. Your primary goal will be to help maximize their independence, prevent disability, and promote overall health. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including patient evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education for both patients and their caregivers. As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care tailored to each patient's needs. You will implement effective treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals and provide education to patients, families, caregivers, and team members. Timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments is essential, as is maintaining clinical competency and engaging in ongoing professional development. You will be expected to demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism in all interactions, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
