About The Position
Sentara Therapy Center Fort Norfolk is seeking a Physical Therapist. The role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The Physical Therapist will provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, and supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
