Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing physical evaluations to accurately diagnose conditions and monitor patient progress throughout the recovery cycle.
  • Strategic Care Planning: Design and evolve personalized treatment frameworks that address specific clinical needs while integrating patient and family goals for optimal rehabilitation.
  • Evidence-Based Intervention: Execute advanced physical therapy techniques and manual skills tailored to individual patient conditions to improve functional outcomes and mobility.
  • Clinical Leadership & Supervision: Direct the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff, ensuring all treatments meet rigorous professional standards and safety protocols.
