Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and ensure the effective delivery of prescribed treatments to assigned patients in accordance with the standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Kansas state regulations.
Provide direction and clinical supervision to clinical support staff.
Advocate for physical therapy services and foster professional development across the organization and within the community.
Work under the administrative direction of the Rehab Services Supervisor in assigned clinical area.
