About The Position

Outpatient Physical Therapist needed in Valley View Hospital's Silt Clinic located in Silt, CO!! Western Colorado’s premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Full-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient Physical Therapy care. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA)
At least one year of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
